Tags
Tags allow you to set up categories for people you’re tracking in the platform and easily sort by these categories in the Database tab. Tags make it easy to sort by different groups of people in various departments within your organization or view a special designation of individuals like spouses or team members working on a specific investment.
To create a new tag, click on the account name in the upper right hand corner, select Platform Settings, and go to Tags. Here you can add new custom tags for your account.
To apply a Tag to a monitored person, go to the Database tab and select People. In the sidebar to the left, select the person you wish to Tag. Select the Add Tag button appearing on the upper right side of the screen. Select the Tag you wish to apply and you’ll see it appear next to their name on the left hand side of the screen. Note it’s easy to delete Tags you’ve added by selecting the “x” next to the Tag label.
Once you’ve added Tags to your desired people, you’re ready to sort them. Head to the Database, and then click on Add Filters. Here you can select the Tags you want to filter your monitored people search by. Once a Tag filter has been applied, only people labeled with that Tag will appear in the sidebar on the left side of the screen.
