Results on illumis display key fields from records, but sometimes you may need more information. The platform makes it easy to track down the original source of a result and to review any primary documents that may be associated with the record.
Verify at Source: For every source that returns results, there is a “Verify at Source” button in the source’s heading. This button links to the original website or database where the resulting record came from, making it easy to retrace the steps of the search to either verify the result or to find additional information.
Direct Linking: On any given record, hyperlinks within the record will indicate where illumis directly links back to primary documents or additional information. By clicking these links, illumis will open a new tab to display additional information from the source.
