FAQ
Why are some records in my search that appear to be for the same person not matched together?
Accurately matching public records together is a complex problem, since most public data does not contain unique identifiers that could be used to match records to the same individual.
We are constantly working to improve our matching and filtering algorithms, and we take accuracy and data integrity very seriously. When the platform indicates matches it does so for records where there is a high degree of certainty in the match. While some records may appear to be the same person, if there is any statistical deviation on a match the platform will not cluster those records, in order to ensure the opportunity for human review.
