Exporting Records
Exporting results from illumis allows for the sharing of search results with a team or the further sorting and analysis of records.
Once a search completes, simply navigate on the results screen over to the “Export” button and click. illumis will generate a .csv spreadsheet containing all your results, and the file will automatically begin downloading. This spreadsheet can be opened using Microsoft Excel, Apple’s Numbers app or any other spreadsheet program.
Within each spreadsheet, you will find each source as a separate tab. The first tab has a table of contents that will provide a helpful summary of the results and direct links to each source’s tab.
If you ever want to limit your exported spreadsheet to just a few sources, you can do so by editing your search to just the sources you’d like to include and repeating the steps above.
